1.5" Threaded Bullet Bung – Blind Tapped, Cold Rolled Steel
These weld-on threaded bullet bungs are machined from solid 1018 cold rolled mild steel and designed with both function and appearance in mind. Each bung is blind tapped—meaning the internal thread does not pass all the way through—for a clean and secure mounting solution. The outer end is fully rounded with a smooth bullet-style radius, while the opposite end is drilled and tapped to the thread size of your choice.
At 1.5 inches in length with a 3/4" diameter, these bungs are ideal for deeper mounting points and are commonly used for fender installation, brake stays, motor mounts, and other fabrication projects where a strong, clean blind threaded insert is needed.
