The fully welded assembly is made from durable mild steel and coated in a gloss black powder coat for a sleek, long-lasting finish. Its 31-inch overall width ensures proper coverage without interfering with lean angles for aggressive cornering.

The bar features replaceable Delrin sliders at the ends, allowing the bike to slide smoothly over the pavement during a fall, reducing the risk of a highside. Extensive research and development went into perfecting the placement and length of the bar to ensure both protection and performance.

Note: Road Glide models (FLTRX, FLTRU, FLTRK) require internal fairing support brackets, which are sold separately and do not attach to the original crash bar location.
