These heavy-duty stepped bungs are one of the largest options in our lineup, designed specifically for high-strength applications like custom T-bar fabrication or structural weld-in mounts. Machined from solid stainless steel, each bung is drilled and tapped through for a 1/2"-13 bolt—the common size for handlebar mounting hardware and other heavy-load uses.

The stepped-down design features a 0.25" reduction in diameter from the flange, allowing the bung to slip seamlessly into either 1" or 1-1/4" x .120 wall tubing. This precision fit makes them ideal for structural builds where alignment, strength, and durability are critical.
