These heavy-duty 1/2"-13 weld-in threaded bungs are machined from solid 1018 cold rolled mild steel with a 7/8" outer diameter for added weld surface and durability. Perfect for structural and high-load applications, these bungs are ideal for engine mounts, bumper mounts, chassis tabs, and other fabrication projects where strength and thread size matter.
Each bung is drilled and tapped to standard 1/2"-13 SAE thread, with two length options to match your specific project requirements. The 1.0" version is tapped through, while the 2.0" version is threaded blind, offering flexibility for both pass-through and closed-end designs.
