EXCHANGE

  1. Place a new order online at www.bungking.com for the desired item(s).
  2. Ship back the item(s) you want to exchange, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

RETURN FOR REFUND

  1. Ship back the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Once the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

STORE CREDIT

  1. Ship back the item(s) you want to return.
  2. After your return is processed, we’ll issue store credit within 3-5 business days. An email confirmation will be sent when your return is completed, along with instructions for applying the credit to future orders.

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:

  • Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in new condition.
  • Used, worn, installed, or damaged parts will not be accepted.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for return.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that do not adhere to our return guidelines

Return Shipping & Refunds:

  • Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. We are not responsible for returns until they are received at our warehouse.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) packages.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is our error.
  • We recommend shipping your return via a traceable method and/or insuring your package to ensure safe delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • In-stock items ship from our CA warehouse within 1-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order and custom orders will have a lead time of approximately 1-2 weeks. You will be notified of any extended shipping times at the time of order.
  • Smaller items ship via USPS Priority Mail; larger items ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
  • Shipping costs must be paid in full before your order ships.
  • International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or USPS International mail.
  • Dealer accounts can set up billing to their own shipping carrier account upon request.
  • We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, or unreturned items due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for paying the re-shipping cost.
