Stainless Stepped Blind Tank Bungs
These stepped, stainless steel, blind threaded bungs (some call them top hat bungs) are great for use in gas tanks, oil tanks or any other stainless steel fluid container. They have a step machined in them to keep all of them mounted at the same standoff height for quick locating and welding. The larger 3/4" diameter flange allows for a larger surface area to help spread the load on the bung and allows you to drill a smaller 9/16" hole in your fluid container.
