Straight Fender Strut Kit – DIY Custom Motorcycle Fender Mounting Solution
Build strong, clean, and custom-fit fender struts with our Straight Fender Strut Kit, designed for riders and fabricators who want a professional look without relying on OEM parts. This DIY kit includes everything you need to create custom fender struts that fit your bike perfectly.
The supplied 1/2" solid round bars come extra-long at 17", giving you room to trim them down to your exact size. Simply drill mounting holes in your fender for the supplied counterbored bungs, then mount the other bungs to your chassis—often near the axle plates. Many frames already have holes in place, making installation even easier. Once positioned, trim the bar to length, weld everything in place, and you’ll have strong, stylish struts built to last.
Perfect for custom choppers, bobbers, and DIY motorcycle builds, this kit ensures a professional finish and reliable strength for your rear fender.
