Flanged / Stepped Threaded Thru Bungs – Mild Steel
These flanged weld-on bungs, also known as top-hat or stepped bungs, are precision-machined from solid round 1018 mild steel stock and threaded through to your specified SAE thread. Designed with a consistent .200" flange height and through-threaded core, they’re ideal for sheet metal or structural fabrication applications where reliable stand-off spacing and a strong weld surface are essential.
